This vacation home serves dual purposes as both a secondary home and a rental property. Starting with a preexisting floor plan, we expanded the space by incorporating an extra room and increasing square footage to achieve an open and luxurious atmosphere. Prioritizing both aesthetics and longevity, we made sure the finishes and furniture were not only beautiful but also durable.
